ARES offers
classroom and online courses for preparation in obtaining a Florida Real Estate
License. Our classroom courses offer personal attention with a limited number of students. Therefore,
offering our students the best education and the best opportunity we can
to properly prepare them for the State Exam.
We strongly
recommend a classroom setting, if possible, for the Sales Associate and
Brokers first classes. However, our online courses are a great way for
those who do not have the time to commit to a classroom course. The
online curriculum covers the same material but can be accomplished at your
convenience.
We are available during, before and after class to
address any concerns or problems you may have with the curriculum.
Realizing time conflicts between work and family can sometimes make it difficult
to attend a classroom, we offer our online classes with this in mind.
